Who We Are
Locally Founded on Maui
As a mother of two young children and someone who was born and raised here in Hawaiʻi, I know how important it is to find childcare you can truly trust. Whether you're visiting Maui or you live here on the island, our hope is to help families feel comfortable and supported when it comes to caring for their little ones.
Before I had my own children, I spent many years nannying and caring for kids here on Maui. Those experiences were really meaningful to me, and they gave me a deep appreciation for the role caregivers play in a family’s life. At the same time, I often saw how hard it could be for families to find reliable childcare, even though there were so many wonderful nannies looking for the right families to work with.
There always seemed to be a bit of a disconnect between families needing help and great caregivers being available. After becoming a mom myself, that feeling became even more clear to me, and it’s a big part of why I created Professional Nannies Hawaii.
My goal is to connect families with kind, experienced nannies who truly enjoy caring for children and creating a safe, positive environment for them.
All of our nannies are experienced, CPR-certified, and carefully selected not only for their professionalism, but for their warmth, reliability, and genuine love for working with keiki.

Rates Overview
A one-time, non-refundable booking fee is charged per reservation to cover nanny vetting, scheduling, and coordination.
Visitor Rates
Booking Fee:
Standard: $60 + tax
Major Holiday: $120 + tax
Hourly Rates:
$30/hour for 1 child
+$5/hour for each additional child (up to 4 children)
3-hour minimum booking
More than 4 children requires a second nanny
(paid directly to Nanny)
Kamaaina Rates
Booking Fee:
Standard: $40 + tax
Major Holiday: $90 + tax
Hourly Rates:
$25/hour for 1 child
+$5/hour for each additional child (up to 4 children)
3-hour minimum booking
More than 4 children requires a second nanny
(paid directly to Nanny)
Major holidays include: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day (July 4).
*Kamaaina rates only apply with valid Hawaii ID.
